Pardeeville running back Jordan Genrich was named the Co-Player of the Year in the Large Trailways Conference this season. The senior led the league in scoring with 18 touchdowns in seven conference games.

One year after missing almost his entire season to a knee injury, Pardeeville's Jordan Genrich bounced back to become the Large Trailways Conference Co-Player of the Year, sharing the honor with Deerfield's Trey Shaw.

Genrich was one of nine Bulldogs to earn first or second team honors in the Large Trailways Conference. The senior running back was the conference's leading scorer, scoring 18 touchdowns in seven conference games. He also rushed for 802 yards in conference play, helping him earn first team recognition at running back. Genrich was also a first-team pick as a defensive back.

Joining Genrich on the first team from Pardeeville were juniors Jesse Standiford and David Gallagher on the offensive line, Dakota Kirchenwitz at outside linebacker and special teams and Michael Knutson on the defensive line.

Second team picks for the Bulldogs included Standiford at inside linebacker and kicker, Tyler Lindert at quarterback, Jim Tessman on the offensive line, Carson Pawlowsky at defensive back and Brandon Hagy on the defensive line.

The Bulldogs, who finished the season with a 9-2 record and claimed their fifth straight conference title, predictably had the most kids recognized by the conference coaches. Genrich's Player of the Year honor marked the seventh straight season a Pardeeville player has won the award.

Montello/Princeton/Green Lake was also well represented on the all-conference list. The Phoenix, who finished in a tie for second place in the league with a 5-2 record, had eight players honored on the all-conference list.

The conference's lone unanimous first team selection was Phoenix senior quarterback Jake Lunow, who threw for a conference-high 1,294 yards in seven league games.

Joining Lunow on the first team for M/P/GL were receivers Matt Sosinsky and Curtis Morgan, inside linebacker Seth Postler and defensive lineman Alex Warner. Morgan was also a first team selection as a kicker and punter.

Second team selections for the Phoenix included Ken Kendall at wide receiver, Zack Borzick on the offensive line, Cal Grams at defensive back and Morgan at outside linebacker.
