Westfield moved to 2-0 on the season with a 32-14 victory over host Waterloo on Friday night.

One week after running for 484 yards in a win over Montello-Princeton, the Pioneers continued to move the ball on the ground with 304 rushing yards on 44 carries against the Pirates.

Senior Kyle Szyperek carried the load for the Pioneers, scoring on runs of 44 and 2 yards, while also scoring on a 55-yard punt return. Szyperek finished with 151 rushing yards on 20 carries, giving him 425 yards in two games.
