Cambria-Friesland picked up its fourth straight win and with it became playoff eligible, beating Green Lake 29-28 on Thursday night in Green Lake.
The Toppers scored with 50 seconds left in the game on a 10-yard run by Wayne Bontraeger to move within 28-27 and then Bontrager went for two and scored giving Cambria-Friesland the win. Bontrager finished with 147 yards on 28 carries.
Green Lake junior Brad Brooks ran for 193 yards and a touchdown and also threw for 55 yards and two scores to lead the Lakers. Junior Cal Grams added 189 yards in losing effort.
