Janet Jamieson Felzo

LIVINGSTON, N.J. - Janet Jamieson Felzo, 82, formerly of Pardeeville, died peacefully in her home surrounded by family Monday, Oct. 26, 2009.

Born in Pardeeville on May 26, 1927, she attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and worked for the IRS at the time of her marriage. Janet, a homemaker, raised her family in Milwaukee and Zanesville, Ohio. She also lived in Sparta, N.J.; Jackson, Miss.; and Pardeeville, before making her home in Livingston six years ago. She enjoyed cooking, playing bridge, craft projects and traveling.

Predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Stephan, she is survived by her daughter, Jody Carlson, and her husband, Brian, of Livingston, and son, Jon, of New Tripoli, Pa.

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Smith Funeral Home in Pardeeville. Burial will follow in Pardeeville Cemetery.
