Between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday, police responded to 33 calls, including an emergency detention.

200 block of West Cook Street: At 7:31 a.m. Thursday, police took a report of the theft of a cell phone from a residence that occurred in August.

200 block of West Wisconsin Street: Police at 10:20 a.m. Thursday responded to a report of a vehicle theft. A Rock Springs man reported his vehicle missing from the parking lot of the Blarney Stone tavern, where he had left it after taking a taxi home at about 8 p.m. Tuesday because he had too much to drink. The vehicle was located at Roadhouse 51, police said.

500 block of West Slifer Street: At 4:25 p.m. Tuesday, police investigated a report of harassment and property damage. A vehicle was keyed sometime Tuesday and a note was left on the vehicle at the Wal-Mart parking lot at around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

2800 block of Village Road: At 8:10 p.m. Sunday, police investigated a fight inside a hallway in an apartment building. Christopher Lawrence, 24; Lee Ann Pollino, 22; Carrie Julseth, 30; and Jason Kitkowski, 32, all of Portage, were all cited for disorderly conduct. Kitkowski was arrested on a warrant and taken to the Columbia County Jail.
