Between 7 a.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday, police responded to 109 calls, including a mental health detention.

Silver Lake Cemetery: Police at 12:10 p.m. Friday took a report of the theft of a hanging basket of flowers from a grave site.

Intersection of Wisconsin and Dunn streets: At 1:59 p.m. Saturday, police saw a person staggering and falling on lawns. A 17-year-old girl from Portage was cited for underage drinking after she registered a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.2 on a preliminary Breathalyzer test, police said.

200 block of West Cook Street: Police at 12:49 a.m. Sunday stopped a vehicle that appeared not to have headlights and taillights lighted. The driver, Stacy A. Hess, 35, of Baraboo, was cited for drunken driving after she registered a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.166 on a preliminary Breathalyzer test, police said. The legal level to drive in Wisconsin is 0.08.

200 block of West Edgewater Street: At 1:51 a.m. Sunday, police stopped a vehicle that nearly struck a police car by driving on the wrong side of the road. As the vehicle passed the squad car, the officer noticed the driver's head out the window as the driver was vomiting. Brandon K. Dittenberner, 38, of Portage, told the officer he had the flu. He was arrested and taken to the Columbia County Jail on a tentative charge of drunken driving as a sixth offense after he registered a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.198 on a preliminary Breathalyzer test, police said.
