Lodi drivers using Interstate 39/90/94 to get to Madison will need to look for an alternate route through Nov. 12 as construction work continues in a 3.7-mile stretch of the interstate.
The southbound on-ramp from state Highway 60 to the interstate and the southbound exit ramp from the interstate to state Highway 60 are closed, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
The northbound exit from the interstate to state Highway 60 and the northbound on-ramp from 60 to the interstate are not affected at this time.
The on-ramp/off-ramp work is expected to be completed by the morning of Nov. 12.
The work zone on the interstate, which primarily is for the installation of safety barriers in the median, extends north from the Dane County line to state Highway 60.
Motorists can get updated travel information by calling 511 or going online to the Department of Transportation Web site at www.511wi.gov.
