A daughter, Abigail Ava, was born to Melanie and Paul Rector of Stevens Point at Saint Clares Hospital in Weston, weighing 6 pounds, 10.4 ounces and measuring 19.5 inches.
Grandparents are Larry and Marcia Hansen of Black River Falls, and Scott and Leslie Rector of Portage.
